I don’t think I’ve ever had anything so salty in all my life. Next time I grill the asparagus I’m definitely leaving the pancetta off. Or maybe I’ll just use thinly sliced ham. Holy smokes! I need some water.

It was SUPER salty. I guess I just prefer my asparagus with olive oil, salt & pepper. Nothing else.
