As Sam says in the introduction to this recipe, steak salads are really, really great and we don’t make them often enough. Just steak, a bag of mixed salad, tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese. I didn’t put any dressing on mine except for a little drizzle of olive oil. It was a nice balance to the super-salty pancetta wrapped asparagus I made along with the salad. I’m really looking forward to the Mashed Potato Tacos tomorrow night!
