p. 66: Asian Wings

Mmmm! Chicken wings marinated in soy sauce & brown sugar then broiled for 10-12 minutes/side. Sam has the time-saving tip of using frozen chicken wings but I’d rather buy fresh so I can cut them into sections using my big cleaver!

  1. Ohhh, I’ve been looking for a reason to purchase a cleaver and chicken wings are just the ticket!

    Sounds yummy and I do have a package of wings in the freezer begging to be cleaved!

    • My mom got me my cleaver from Hong Kong. They’ve got some pretty good and inexpensive ones at the chinese grocery store by Jade Sisters.
