I have yet to meet a guacamole recipe I didn’t like. This one is included. It was served as an appetizer before our Father’s Day meal of cheeseburgers, brats, potato salad, mozzarella/tomato salad, and baked beans. I should’ve put it on my burger! That would’ve been AWESOME! Anyway, here’s the recipe:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 c. chunky red salsa
8 slices “ready” bacon, cooked & crumbled
Juice of 1/2 lime
Spoon out the avocado flesh into the small bowl. Lightly mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve.
