I know, this isn’t really a recipe. But the title of Sam’s 2nd cookbook is “Awesome Recipes & Kitchen Shortcuts” and this is definitely one of my favorite shortcuts to use. I found a really good brand of frozen potstickers that’s available at Wal-Mart. There are really good ones we’ve made in the past but they’re only found at the Asian grocery store so I don’t get them very often. I thaw them in the microwave and brown their bottoms in a hot pan with some oil. Yummy!
