p. 188: Spicy-ish Sausage Pasta

Okay. I forgot to take a picture of this dish. No posts during the long weekend and I’m a little out of practice. As you can tell by the name, there was crumbled italian sausage in a garlicy cream sauce (with a little crushed red pepper) served over whole wheat penne pasta.  Here’s Sam’s intro so you can picture it in your head: “It’s hard to explain the creamy and delicious reaction that happens when all these ingredients come together. A dish of it microwaved the next day is even more kick-ass. What more can I say?”
