p. 114: Adobo Chicken

Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic & brown sugar for an hour = Yummy McYumminess. I served it with white rice and some steamed broccoli tossed with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.

Everybody into the pool!

Simmer for 30 minutes, then FLIP!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
