Mmmm. This recipe literally took 2 minutes. No joke. Put a 28-oz. can of tomatoes with garlic, 1/2 a small yellow onion, and some fresh basil in a blender (if my kitchen smelled like basil all the time I wouldn’t be sad). Blend until desired chunkiness then heat until desired warmness. Garnish with chopped fresh basil & sour cream. Had I been a little more forward-thinking, I would’ve made some big toasted croutons for on top.
